Hearty Macaroni Salad
|Macaroni||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Luncheon meat||1⁄4 Pound|
|Canned green peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Pound|
|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Hard cooked egg||1|
Cook macaroni until tender; drain.
Combine maca- roni, luncheon meat, peas, celery, cheese, onion, parsley and green pepper in bowl.
Add salt, pepper and mayonnaise; toss lightly.
Chill until ready to serve.
Garnish with egg.
