Ham And Egg Salad

Ingredients
  Hard cooked eggs 6
  Diced cooked ham 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced gherkins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Dice eggs coarsely; add ham, celery and gherkins.
Blend mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice; add to ham mixture, tossing lightly.
Season with salt and pepper.
Chill.
