1. In a ziplock bag, take about 2 cups of washed and torn kale leaves.
2. Cut open the avocado and squeeze its flesh in the bag.
3. Squeeze in the lemon juice.
4. Add the salt, onion powder, cayenne pepper and cumin powder.
5. Zip the bag back and massage everything on to the kale leaves.
6. Transfer to a bowl and serve in a bowl or eat out of the bag.
