Tuna Salad Waikiki

Ingredients
  Canned solid pack tuna 14 Ounce
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Thinly sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced pimento 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped crystallized ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Toasted slivered almonds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Pineapple slice 8
  Lettuce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Drain tuna; separate into bite-sized pieces.
Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and monosodium glutamate.
Fold into tuna; mix well.
Combine remaining ingredients except pineapple and lettuce; toss with tuna mixture.
Arrange pineapple slices on lettuce on individual salad plates.
Spoon tuna mixture over pineapple slices.
Garnish with ripe olives if desired.
