Tropical Chicken Salad

This is a great tasting chicken salad recipe that is quick to throw together.
Ingredients
  Chicken 2 Can (20 oz), drained
  Mandarin oranges 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Pineapple tidbits 1 Can (10 oz), drained
  Shredded coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the chicken, mandarin oranges, pineapple tidbits, shredded coconut, sliced almonds,celery,mayonnaise, salt and black pepper.
2. Pulse it to combine everything together.

SERVING
3. Plate it and serve it immediately.
