Walnut Blue Salad

Ingredients
  Mixed greens 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Blue cheese crumbles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Candied walnut/Candied pecan 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Roma tomato 2 Medium, diced
  Garlic salt 1 Tablespoon (or to taste)
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon (or to taste)
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon (For Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), diced (For Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon (For Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing)
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing)
  Raspberry wine vinegar 4 Tablespoon (For Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing)
  Chive/Scallion 2 Tablespoon, chopped (For Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Dressing)
Directions

MAKING
1) To make the salad, in a bowl, add in sliced apples, candied pecans, Roma tomatoes, mixed lettuce and blue cheese.
2) Mix all the ingredients together well.
3) To make the salad dressing, whisk all the ingredients for the dressing together in a bowl. Then slowly dribble in olive oil.
4) Pour salad dressing over the top of salad, mix well. Add in garlic salt and pepper to taste.

SERVING
5) Serve the salad on 4 individual salad plates. Serve right away, while the salad is still fresh and crunchy.
