|Tarragon vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1⁄2 Teaspoon, minced|
Peel papaya; cut into cubes, reserving seeds.
Com- bine papaya with lettuce.
Place all remaining ingre- dients in electric blender; cover.
Add 11/2 tablespoons reserved seeds; blend until seeds are size of coarsely ground pepper.
Toss papaya and lettuce with dressing.
