Fresh And Healthy Summer Salad

Ingredients
  Beet green tops 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), freshly squeezed
  Fennel 1⁄3 Can (3.33 oz), shaved
  Clemintine tangerines 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon (or to taste)
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon (or to taste)
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl.
2) Let the salad sit for 30 minutes at room temperature.

SERVING
3) Serve the salad as a side dish while is is still fresh. Can also be served as an appetizer.
