Fresh Fruit Salad

Relish in the fruits of the season with this fresh fruit salad that is a light, refreshing and flavorful dessert. This is an easy recipe that your friends, family and even children will enjoy, give it a try.
  Grapefruit 1 Large
  Orange 1 Large
  Kiwis 3 Medium, peeled, sliced
  Strawberries 6 Ounce, washed, sliced
  Raspberries 3 Ounce
  Blackberries 3 Ounce
  Blueberries 3 Ounce
  Honey/Raw agave nectar 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh mint 1 Teaspoon, chopped finely
  Orange liqueur 1 Tablespoon (Optional)

1. Begin by segmenting the grapefruit and orange by cutting off both the top and the bottom of the fruit so it sits flat.
2. Then use a sharp knife and follow the curvature of the fruit, cut the skin off in vertical cuts. Insert the knife as close to the membrane as possible and do so on the other side of the segment. Remove the segment and repeat the process.
3. Add all of the ingredients into a large bowl and toss.

4. Enjoy chilled as a dessert or even as a side dish.

This salad can be made several hours in advance.
