Frosted Lime Salad

Ingredients
  Lime gelatin 3 Ounce
  Canned crushed pineapple 20 Ounce
  Pimento 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped nuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Diced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Curd cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Dash
Directions

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; cool unti partially set.
Add pineapple, pimento, nuts, celer and cottage cheese.
Pour into mold; chill until firm Unmold.
Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and lemon juice together; spread over gelatin mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
