Company Tossed Salad
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Watercress||2 Bunch (200 gm)|
|Lettuce head||1 Small|
|Sliced almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cauliflowerets||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Celery seed||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Salad oil||5 Tablespoon|
Split 1 clove of garlic; rub salad bowl with garlic.
Remove coarse stems from watercress; tear water- cress and lettuce into bite-sized pieces into salad bowl.
Toast almonds in 350-degree oven until lightly browned; cool.
Combine almonds, cauliflowerets, avocado and tomato with salad greens.
Mince remaining clove of garlic; combine with salt, lemon juice, sugar, pepper, celery seed, paprika, mustard
