1.Chop parsley finely.
2.Cut tomatoes in small pieces.
3.Cut spring onions finely and keep aside.
4. Put parsley in a mixing bowl.
5. Add tomatoes to it and mix it well.
6. Chop the cauliflower in food processor.
7. Once done, mix it well with tomato and parsley.
8. Add onions to it.
9. Put lemon juice on the salad, mix it well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
10. Serve in bowls.
