Pineapple-Orange Salad

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Egg 1
  Pineapple slice 4
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Orange sections 2
  Chopped nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Marshmallows 10
  Maraschino cherries 8
  Whipped cream 1 Pint
Directions

Make paste of flour and 1/4 cup pineapple juice.
Add remaining juice gradually, stirring constantly.
Add butter, sugar and salt.
Cook in double boiler for 10 minutes.
Add egg; cook for several minutes longer, stirring constantly.
Cool.
Add pineapple, lemon juice, oranges, nuts, marshmallows and cherries; fold in whipped cream.
Pour in refrigerator tray; freeze.
