Ingredients
  Head of lettuce 1
  Carrots 6 , chopped
  Cucumber 1 , chopped
  Tomato 1 , sliced
  Croutons 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery stalks 3 , diced
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Canned shrimp 12 Ounce
  Dressing 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
Directions

Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces; combine with vegetables, eggs and shrimp.
Toss with dressing just before serving.
Sprinkle with cheese.
