Fruit Salad Dressing
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||3 , beaten|
|Lemon juice||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Melt butter; blend in flour.
Add milk; cook over low heat, stirring, until mixture thickens and is bubbly.
Stir in egg yolks; cook for 1 minute longer, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; stir in fruit juices, sugar, salt and mustard.
Chill thoroughly before using.
