Green Pea-Onion Salad
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped|
|Mayonnaise||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sweet pickle relish||2 Tablespoon (Drained)|
Cook frozen vegetables according to package direc- tions; drain.
Combine whipped -cream and mayonnaise.
Line salad bowl with large outer leaves of lettuce.
Break remaining lettuce in bite-sized pieces; add peas, onions, celery and pickle relish.
Pour whipped cream mixture over salad.
Serve in salad bowl.
