  Greens 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mango 1
  Cashews 1 Tablespoon
  Apples 1
Directions

chop mangoes in small pieces
mix chopped mangoes, greens,cashews, chopped apples together
serve in a papadum bowl with dressing
