Healthy Organic Garden Salid

Ingredients
  Green leaves 30 Gram
  Red leaves 30 Gram
  Tomatoes 1⁄2 , sliced
  Boiled egg white 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cucumber 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Croutons 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grape 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mango 1 Cup (16 tbs) (cut into medium pieces)
  Red onion 1⁄2 , sliced
  Bacon 2 Tablespoon
  Nuts 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
FOR REGULAR SALAD
1. In a serving bowl, make a bed with half of the red and green leaves together.
2. Place the tomatoes, boiled egg pieces, cucumber and a few croutons over the leaves.
3. Add carrot, celery and gently mix it.
FOR SWEET SALAD
4. Top the regular salad with onions, grapes and mango pieces. Add a few more croutons.
5. Add in the bacon pieces and nuts and lightly toss them.

SERVING
6. Serve this Organic Garden Salad right away and enjoy!
