  Puffed rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mango 6 Small, finely chopped
  Cilantro 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Tamarind chutney 1 Teaspoon
  Mint chutney 1 Teaspoon

1) In a mixing bowl, combine the puffed rice with mango, cilantro, tamarind chutney and mint chutney.
2) Gently mix the ingredients together until the puffed rice is thoroughly coated.

3) Serve immediately.
