Directions

MAKING
1) In a glass jar with a screw jar top, mix together the canola oil, white wine vinegar, orange juice, zest, pepper, cumin and sugar
2) Shake vigorously and keep aside
3) In a bowl, place the quinoa and to it add the cranberries, mango, cucumber, red pepper, green onion, almonds and the parsley
4) Pour the dressing and mix to coat the salad
SERVING
5) Serve the salad into individual bowls
