Black Bean Salad On The Grill

Directions

MAKING
1) Chop the onion, bell pepper and celery into ¼ inch pieces
2) Chop up the parsley
3) Chop the bacon into ¼ inch pieces and keep aside
4) Darin the canned beans and place them into a colander
5) In a cast iron pan over the grill, sauté the bacon
6) Tip in the onion and sauté till transparent
7) Then add in the chopped peppers and celery
8) Add in the drained beans and mix well
9) Pour in the apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, hot sauce and salt
10) Mix the salad well
11) Take the pan off the heat and allow to cool completely

SERVING
12) Serve the salad with the chopped parsley
