Haddock Salad

Ingredients
  Haddock fillets 3 1⁄2 Pound
  Carrots 2 Small
  Stalk celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small
  Green pepper 1⁄2
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sweet pickles 3
  Pickle juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Steam haddock; flake.
Chop carrots, celery, onion and green pepper finely; combine with haddock.
Blend mayonnaise, catsup, pickles, juice, salt and pepper thoroughly.
Pour over haddock mixture; toss lightly.
Chill for several hours before serving.
