1⁄2 , chopped (Red Pepper or Green Pepper) (Optional)
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine black beans, onion, corn, cilantro, garlic, and lime juice.
2. Add Tabasco, cayenne pepper, ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Toss in avocado just before serving time.
4. Serve with chips, add to a burger or tacos and enjoy!
