Corn And Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
  Canned black beans 1 Can (10 oz), drained, rinsed
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (red, yellow or white)
  Corn 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (fresh or frozen)
  Cilantro 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (loosely packed)
  Garlic cloves 2 , chopped
  Lime juice 2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 3 Dash (jalapeno Tabasco (green bottle))
  Cayenne pepper To Taste (just a sprinkle) (Optional)
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Smoked paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon (or regular)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Avocado 1⁄2 , chopped (Red Pepper or Green Pepper) (Optional)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine black beans, onion, corn, cilantro, garlic, and lime juice.
2. Add Tabasco, cayenne pepper, ground cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Toss in avocado just before serving time.

SERVING
4. Serve with chips, add to a burger or tacos and enjoy!

TIPS
If desired chill salad for an hour before serving.
