Fresh Veggie Salad

Ingredients
  Cucumbers 6 , diced
  Roma tomatoes 4 (Plum)
  Green onions 5 , sliced
  Red bell pepper 1 , seeded and diced
  Chopped garlic 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Fresh parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Minced mint leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Fresh)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Toss the cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, bell pepper, garlic, parsley, and mint together in a bowl.

MAKING
2) Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the salad and toss to coat.

SERVING
3) Season with salt and pepper and serve.
