Dr Bob And Debbie's Pasta Chicken Salad

In the Kitchen with Dr. Bob and Debbie DeMaria making one of their favorite meals Chicken pasta salad with rice pasta.
Ingredients
  Rice pasta 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, drained
  Chicken breast 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), roasted, shredded
  Green olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped finely
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Red onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Cucumber 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Hard boiled eggs 3 , chopped
  Avocado 1
  Sundried tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Turkey bacon 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Safflower mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (as desired)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix them together.
2. Put it in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving.

SERVING
3. In a serving plate, serve the salad cold on romaine lettuce.

TIPS
This salad is great for taking on picnic lunches.
