Debbie DeMaria is showing how in a few minutes you can make really tasty cole slaw.
Ingredients
  Purple cabbage 1⁄2 , grated
  Carrots 3 , grated
  Apples/Red apples 1 , peeled, diced
  Chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 2 Cup (32 tbs) (use a healthy mayo like with safflower oil as required)
  Celtic sea salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large mixing bowl, add the cabbage, carrot, apple and walnuts. Mix well.
2. Put mayo as desired and Celtic sea salt to taste. Stir thoroughly till all are well combined.
3. Refrigerate for at least half an hour before serving.

SERVING
4. Serve the Cole slaw cold in burgers, sandwiches or as side dish with choice of meat or salads.

TIPS
To add sweetness raisins can also be added to it.
