Thai Green Papaya Salad

Ingredients
  Green papaya 1 Large
  Garlic cloves 2 Large, peeled and lightly crushed
  Thai chili peppers 4 (Red And Green Colored)
  Serrano pepper 1
  Tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Coconut palm sugar/Regular sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Fish sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Lime 1⁄2
  Roasted peanuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green beans 4
Directions

MAKING
1 Peel the green papaya.
2 Using a shredder, shred the papaya.
3 In a mortar, lightly smash the garlic and chilies.
4 Add in the shredded papaya and lightly smash in the mortar.
5 Using a spoon, turn it over and beat again.
6 Add in the sliced tomatoes and smash.
7 Stir in the fish sauce, coconut palm sugar and beat again so that the flavors can blend.
8 Gently squeeze in the lime juice.

SERVING
9 Serve in a bowl, topped with roasted peanuts and beans.
