Balsamic Dressed Quinoa Salad in a Jar

Ingredients
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Sea salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Quinoa 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Spinach 500 Gram
  Mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Cherry tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red onion 1⁄2 , diced
  Balsamic vinaigrette 4 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Place all ingredients into a mason jar.
2. Shake to mix thoroughly.
3. Stores in fridge for 1-2 weeks.

FINALIZING
4. Layer the ingredients in the jar in this order; dressing, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, quinoa, spinach.
5. Shake the jar to toss the salad.

SERVING
6. Enjoy from the jar or turn out onto serving plates.

TIP
You just need to make sure that the salad leaves and the dressing aren’t touching. This will ensure a fresh salad when you finally shake up the jar!
