Peach-Blue Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  Canned peach halves 29 Ounce
  Blue cheese crumbles 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned crushed pineapple 8 3⁄4 Ounce
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce
  Lettuce cups 4
Directions

Drain peaches; reserve syrup.
Blend syrup, sour cream, mayonnaise and blue cheese well.
Drain pine- apple and oranges; fold into cheese mixture.
Place peach halves, cup side up, in lettuce cups on salad plates.
Fill each peach with 1/4 cup fruit mixture.
