Once a Week Kitchen - How to Make Perfect Prawns with Pasta

Ingredients
  Cooked pasta 1 Pound
  Jumbo king prawns 6 Ounce, cooked, peeled
  Light mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato puree 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon wedges 4
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, mix together pasta and prawns.
2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, tomato puree and lime juice. Pour this onto the pasta and prawns and gently fold to mix.

SERVING
3. Garnish with lime wedges and serve.
