Once A Week Kitchen - Gemstone Salad

Ingredients
  Ready rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Red pepper 1⁄2 , finely chopped
  Spring onion 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Raisin/Currants 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked sweet corn 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad dressing 2 Tablespoon
For serving
  Salad leaves 100 Gram
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, mix together all ingredients.

SERVING
2. In a serving bowl, arrange the leaves on sides, place the salad in the middle and serve.
