Tuna Gumbo Salad
|Lemon gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Chicken gumbo soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Tuna||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup boiling water; add soup.
Chill until partially set.
Drain tuna; flake.
Add celery, onion and tuna; fold in mayonnaise and whipped cream.
Pour into mold; chill until firm and unmold.
