Double Apple Salad

Ingredients
  Eating apple 1 Large, unpeeled, diced (Red Delicious or other variety)
  Golden delicious apple 1 Large, unpeeled, diced
  Ascorbic citric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned pineapple chunks 8 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Miniature marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flaked coconut 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium size bowl combine apples.
2. Sprinkle with ascorbic citric powder.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix.
4. Cover the bowl and chill.

SERVING
5. Serve double apple salad chilled.
