Orange Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
  Torn iceberg lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Torn romaine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned shrimp 8 1⁄2 Ounce, rinsed and drained (2 cans, 4 1/4 ounce each)
  Canned mandarin oranges 22 Ounce, drained (2 cans, 11 ounce each)
  Toasted slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, add the first 6 ingredients and mix.
2) Add in the remaining ingredients and mix well.

SERVING
3) When ready to serve, pour in the salad mix and gently toss.
4) Serve immediately.
