Fresh Fruit Salad
|Strawberries||1 Quart, washed, hulled and halved|
|Fresh pineapple||2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled and chunked|
|Seedless green grapes||2 Cup (32 tbs), washed|
|Peaches/Nectarines||6 , halved and sliced into wedges|
|Blueberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Pitted bing cherries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Kiwi||4 , peeled and sliced|
|Papaya juice/Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Almond extract||3 Drop|
1. Prepare the fruit. Use a gadget to plunge pits of cherries.
2. Mix the fruits except bananas with almond extracts and juice.
3. Toss very gently.
4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 60 minutes so that the flavors are well blend.
5. Serve fresh fruit salad with freshly cut sliced bananas.
