|Apples||3 Medium, halved|
|Pineapple chunks in juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Parsley/Watercress||1 Tablespoon (for garnish)|
|Romaine leaves||4 (for bedding)|
|Avocado slices||4 (for garnish)|
1. Grate apples, beets and carrots.
2. In a salad bowl place the beets, apples and grated carrots.
3. Mix pineapple juice,lemon and pineapple. Toss to remove any kind of lumps.
4. Check if salad is dry. If dry, add pineapple juice.
5. Serve glowing salad at room temperature.
