Summertime Salad

Ingredients
  Lettuce head 1⁄2 Small, torn
  Hard cooked eggs 2 , chopped
  Frozen english peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thawed
  Bacon slices 4 , cooked and crumbled
  Swiss cheese 2 Ounce, shredded to make 1/2 cup
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Hard cooked egg slices 4
Directions

MAKING
1) In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients, except the egg slices, and lightly toss.
2) Top each serving with the egg slices.

SERVING
3) Serve immediately.
