Ingredients
  Canned no salt tongol tuna 13 Ounce (3 cans, 6.5 ounce each)
  Red bell pepper 1 , diced
  Sweet green bell pepper 1 , diced
  Red onion 1 Medium, diced
  Celery stalks 2 , sliced
  Yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise/Nayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a salad bowl place all the ingredients.
2. Mix using a rubber spatula and ensure that the tuna is not mashed.

SERVING
3. Serve Tongol tuna salad with dressing.
