Holiday Salad

Ingredients
  Romaine 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), chop
  Cucumbers 2 Medium, dice
  Granny smith apple 1 Medium, dice
  Red bell pepper 1⁄2 Medium, chop
  Avocado 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), slice
For the dressing
  Raw honey 1 Tablespoon
  Apple cider vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a mixing bowl combine the romaine, cucumber, granny smith apples, red bell pepper and avocado.
2. Drizzle honey and vinegar over salad.
3. Toss salad well.

SERVING
4. Serve with your meal or roast.
