Crab Salad

Ingredients
  King crab meat 2 Can (20 oz), drained
  Low calorie mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Snipped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Diced pared cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Crisp lettuce cups 2 (for garnish)
  Hard cooked eggs 4 , sliced
Directions

MAKING
1) Remove any cartilage from the crab meat.
2) Into a medium bowl, add in the mayonnaise, chopped parsley, chives, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients well.
3) Next, add in the crabmeat and cucumber. Toss the salad around to blend all the flavours together.
4) Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

SERVING
5) To serve the Crab Salad, spoon the salad onto lettuce lined serving plates.
6) Top each salad plate with a hard-boiled egg slice.
