Duck and Pear Salad
|Pears||3 , peeled cored and sliced|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
|Lettuce||1 (As Needed)|
|Duck roasts||1 , cut into 6 joints|
|Orange||1 , peeled and sliced|
|Watercress||1 (For Garnish)|
|Grated orange rind||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
1) In a bowl, add pear and squeeze lemon juice. And leave it for some time.
2) Take a serving platter and place lettuce and duck joints and decorate it with pear and orange slices.
3) Garnish the duck with watercress, and the pears with a little grated orange rind.
