Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Cooked beets 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Horseradish 4 Tablespoon, grated
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, take all the ingredients. Mix well.
2. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

SERVING
3. To serve Beet Salad, top it with grated cheese.
