Apple and Prawn Salad
|Cold rice||6 Ounce, cooked and seasoned|
|Tomatoes||2 , peeled and chopped|
|Red eating apples||1 Large, cored and diced (Or 2 Small Sized)|
|Green pepper||1 , seeds removed and diced|
|Celery stick||1 , washed and diced|
|French dressing||3 Tablespoon|
|Shelled prawns||4 Ounce|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped (For Garnish)|
1) In a bowl, mix together rice, tomatoes, apple, pepper and celery.
2) Add seasoning and French dressing.
3) In shallow dishes, pile the salad. Sprinkle prawns.
4) Garnish apple and prawn salad with chopped parsley and whole prawns. Serve.
