Apple and Prawn Salad

Ingredients
  Cold rice 6 Ounce, cooked and seasoned
  Tomatoes 2 , peeled and chopped
  Red eating apples 1 Large, cored and diced (Or 2 Small Sized)
  Green pepper 1 , seeds removed and diced
  Celery stick 1 , washed and diced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  French dressing 3 Tablespoon
  Shelled prawns 4 Ounce
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped (For Garnish)
  Whole prawns 3
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together rice, tomatoes, apple, pepper and celery.
2) Add seasoning and French dressing.
3) In shallow dishes, pile the salad. Sprinkle prawns.

SERVING
4) Garnish apple and prawn salad with chopped parsley and whole prawns. Serve.
