Quick Shrimp Salad
|Prawns/Shrimps||6 Ounce (Fresh or frozen)|
|Tomatoes||1 (for garnishing)|
|Cucumber||1 (for garnishing)|
|Lemon||1 (for garnishing)|
1. To shell the fish, put it in hot water for 1 minute as the shells will come out easily. If you are using frozen prawns or shrimps, let it defrost very gradually.
2. In a bowl take mayonnaise.
3. Add shellfish. Toss it well.
4. On a bed of lettuce, take the tossed shellfish in mayonnaise. To serve Shrimp Salad, garnish with tomatoes, cucumber and lemon.
