Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  Fresh spinach 4 Cup (64 tbs), washed, dried & chilled
  Fresh mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Radishes 4 , sliced
  Ketchup 1 Tablespoon
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
For mayonnaise substitute
  Buttermilk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (made from skim yogurt)
  Low fat cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Non fat yogurt 8 Ounce
  Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) FOR THE MAYONNAISE SUBSTITUTE: Take a blender container and put all the ingredients in it. Flash blend the ingredients until smooth.
2) Take a salad bowl and put all the vegetables in it.
3) Add mustard and ketchup to mayonnaise substitute and mix nicely.

SERVING
4) Pour dressing over vegetables and serve immediately.
