Carrot Raisin Salad

Ingredients
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Canned pineapple tidbits 8 Ounce, unsweetened, undrained (1 can)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Dash
  Ground nutmeg 1 Dash
  Carrots 3⁄4 Pound, scraped and coarsely shredded
Directions

MAKING
1)In a small bowl mix raisins and vinegar and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
2)Drain by keeping raisins aside and reserving vinegar.
3)Drain pineapple by reserving 1/4 cup juice.
4)Mix 1/4 cup pineapple juice, reserved vinegar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
FINALIZING
5)Toss it with raisins, pineapple, and carrots. 6)Chill the salad.
SERVING
7)Serve it chilled.
