Tropical Fruit Salad

Ingredients
  Water 1⁄2 Pint
  Caster sugar 4 Ounce
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Rum 2 Tablespoon
  Ripe pineapple 1 Small
  Bananas 2
  Oranges 2
  Mango/Guavas-2 1
  Avocados 2
  Lychees 8 Ounce
  Pomegranate 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Start by cutting the hard skin and eyes of the pineapple, then take the pineapple and cut the flesh in the shape of rings and also take out the core in the center of the fruit
2. Take a banana and peel it, then slice it, also peel the oranges, discard the pith and pips, later divide into segments
3. Now take the mango and peel, stone and chop it, take the guavas and deseed and slice them, take the avocado and lychee and peel and stone it, finally take the pomergranate and break open to remove red juicy seeds

MAKING
4. In a saucepan, pour water and sugar and boil it, take the pan off the heat and let it cool, also stir in the lemon juice and rum
5. In a serving bowl, place all the fruits and pour the cold syrup over it, chill it in the refrigerator for sometime

6. Serve
