Tahitian Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  Cooked chicken 3 Cup (48 tbs), chopped
  Canned pineapple chunks 15 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 can)
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Dry roasted peanuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sweet pickle relish 1 Tablespoon
  Lettuce leaves 3 (as needed)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix first 4 ingredients and keep aside.
2) In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, relish, and curry powder and mix it to chicken mixture, and toss gently.

SERVING
3) Serve on lettuce leaves, and garnish with grape clusters.
