Winter Salad

Ingredients
  Red cabbage 12 Ounce, shredded (350 g)
  Brussels sprouts 6 Ounce, fine chopped (175 g)
  Clementine 3 , peeled and segmented
  Hazelnuts 2 Ounce (50 g)
  Hazelnut oil 4 Teaspoon (20 ml)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon (5 ml)
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a mixing bowl mix sprouts, clementines and red cabbage.

MAKING
2. In a heavy based pan roast the hazelnuts for 4 minutes.
3. Cool for ten minutes. Chop them well.
4. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on the salad.
5. In a screw-top jar place all the dressing ingredients.
6. Shake well to mix the ingredients.

SERVING
7. Serve winter salad with dressing.
