Raw Vegetable Salad

1. Shred cabbage.
2. Grate the carrots, turnip and beetroot.
3. Slice the tomatoes.
4. In a flat dish, arrange shredded cabbage, grated carrots, turnip and beetroot and sliced tomatoes attractively.
5. Pour French dressing over it.
6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
7. Before serving Raw Vegetable Salad, garnish with watercress.
